On October 30th, the TECHVICON #25 program with the theme "Effective Interview Tips with Customers" took place with the participation of 27 Techvifers from various departments. Led by two Speakers Hugh LK – Vice Group Lead G1 and Johnny Chung – Vice Group Lead G2, the program created a relaxed atmosphere and provided extremely useful knowledge.
With extensive practical experience, at this TECHVICON #25, the 2 Speakers highlighted the importance of customers in business, especially in the Outsource market where TECHVIFY operates, pointing out what individuals and businesses can achieve if they succeed in interviewing customers. From there, they summarized the knowledge and skills that Techvifers need to prepare before starting an important interview.
Although it was their first appearance at TECHVICON, the two Speakers Hugh LK and Johnny Chung coordinated very well in delivering the content. Important information and knowledge were naturally and gently introduced, creating a comfortable feeling for the attendees.
Mr. Hugh LK shared "This is the second TECHVICON after the Organizing Committee changed the approach to the audience. The Speakers have tried to adjust their delivery so that everyone feels this is a session where colleagues in the company sit together to share and contribute ideas instead of just sitting and listening like a seminar."
With content deeply related to daily work, the program attracted 27 Techvifers to participate. Notably, there were outstanding contributions from 3 personnel: Hughie Nguyễn G1, Mr. Phạm – G2, and Harvey Nguyễn – G2.
The personal experiences accumulated by the Techvifers combined with the information presented by the two Speakers created an extremely valuable body of knowledge, making TECHVICON #25 a successful event.
