On November 27th, TECHVICON #26 was held with the theme Controlling "Desires" in the Workplace. Led by Speaker Dustin Giang from G1, the program delivered very novel content with a unique presentation style, attracting the participation of 24 Techvifers from various departments.
At the event, Speaker Dustin shared about common "desires" encountered when working in the office such as browsing the web, social media, playing games during work hours, or chatting and eating with colleagues before completing tasks. "These are "desires" born from not knowing how to manage time, causing work to always be behind schedule, reducing labor productivity and personal value. Therefore, in this TECHVICON session, I want to provide Techvifers with ways to assess the necessity of all activities and how to effectively schedule time."

To solve this problem, the program introduced skills for setting smart goals, principles of focus, and prioritization in work and daily activities. It also provided tools to manage time effectively, such as clear planning and goal setting, creating appropriate schedules, adhering to set schedules, recording results, and evaluating improvements.

Like a study group, the program included many activities with discussion questions. Techvifers connected and proposed solutions to the scenarios presented. "Having participated in many previous TECHVICON sessions, this one allowed my colleagues and me to interact and discuss the most. Listening and exchanging ideas with everyone made the content easier to understand." - Yuta from G2 shared.
